Create Account

Create a Business Account (Live Environment)
1.
Go to the DOKU Malaysia Dashboard Registration page on this link.
2.
Fill in your:
Country
Full Name
Business Name
Email
Phone Number
Password
3.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then submit.
4.
Enter the OTP sent to your email to verify your account.
5.
You're all set! Your Business Account is created.

Important
DOKU had 2 environments which is Production and Sandbox, so you can create these 2 types of account:
1.
Live Business Account
This is your official merchant account to accept real payments once you're verified and activated. You’ll use it to manage transactions, settlements, and access all DOKU features in production.
2.
Sandbox Account
Sandbox Account can be created here. This allows you to explore and try DOKU features risk-free, and simulate payment flows using test credentials.
